Exchange and Return Policy – Takween Store
At Takween, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide a distinctive and reliable shopping experience, which is why we offer a clear and fair exchange and return policy that guarantees your rights and outlines our obligations. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.
First: The time period for exchange and return:
- Returns: A return request can be submitted within 3 days of the date of receiving the product.
- Replacement: A replacement request can be submitted within 7 days of the date of receiving the product.
Second: Conditions for exchange and return
To ensure your application is accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- Attach proof of purchase: The original invoice or electronic order number must be provided.
- Product condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging that has not been opened or damaged.
- Electronic and electrical parts: All electronic and electrical parts are subject to technical inspection by our specialized team before approving a replacement or refund request to ensure their safety and that they have not been misused.
- Special orders: Products supplied based on a special order from the customer or the manufacturer are non-refundable or non-exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Third: Exchange and return costs and fees
We have distributed responsibilities fairly and transparently as follows:
In case of an error from the "Takwin" store
(For example: receiving the wrong product, or a product with a manufacturing defect)
- The "Takwin" store bears all costs, including shipping fees.
- The full amount is refunded to the customer in case of a refund.
- Or send the correct product at no extra cost in case of replacement.
If the reason for the return or exchange is due to the customer
(For example: ordering the wrong item, or changing one's mind)
- Upon return: The customer bears the shipping costs, in addition to a 20% operating fee deduction from the product value.
- Upon exchange: The customer bears the shipping costs, in addition to a 5% operating fee deducted from the product value.
Fourth: General Provisions
- Misuse: Any order will be rejected if the product is found to have been damaged as a result of improper installation, misuse, or installation at a center not authorized by Takween or General Motors.
- Product Availability and Prices: All prices and quantities are subject to change without prior notice. Takween Store reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order in exceptional circumstances such as (out of stock, product unavailability).
- In the event of cancellation of a paid order, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
- Policy Update: Takween reserves the right to update its exchange and return policy at any time. The policy published on the date of purchase applies. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
